Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Propelr, you will lead our digital marketing initiatives, driving strategies that maximise our clients’ online presence and success. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional results and ensuring client satisfaction through effective campaign management and team collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to clients’ goals, utilising SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing and more.

  2. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, and providing strategic guidance on digital marketing efforts.

  3. Campaign Management: Oversee and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis, to achieve maximum ROI.

  4. Team Collaboration: Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  5. Data Analysis: Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies accordingly.

  6. Reporting: Generate regular reports showcasing campaign performance and insights to clients, ensuring transparency and demonstrating the value of our services.

  7. Industry Trends: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, search engine algorithms, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
  • Proficiency in SEO and PPC tools, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Pay & Schedule:

 

Competitive salary of £22,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position, and you will follow a Monday to Friday schedule, working from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Additionally, we offer opportunities for professional growth and skill development within our dynamic team.
