Job Description:

 

As a Customer Support Specialist at Propelr, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and assistance throughout their engagement with our agency. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance to help them achieve their digital marketing goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat.

  2. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.

  3. Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our digital marketing services, strategies, and tools to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.

  4. Client Onboarding: Assist new clients during the onboarding process, explaining our services, processes, and setting clear expectations.

  5. Technical Support: Provide technical support related to our digital marketing platforms, helping clients navigate and utilise them effectively.

  6. Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights to help improve our services and client experience.

  7. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions for reference and reporting.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools (preferred).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.

 

Pay & Schedule:

 

Competitive salary of £19,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position, and you will follow a Monday to Friday schedule, working from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Additionally, we offer opportunities for professional growth and skill development within our dynamic team.
